“Give your best,play your best, connect with heart”
After nearly a decade of growth together, the VGSI Aluminum Formwork had the opportunity to reunite during a 2-day, 1-night workshop in Phan Thiet (December 13–14, 2025).

More than just a trip, this journey was a tribute to our long-standing journey together, it left behind lasting impressions and unforgettable emotions.

Outstanding members from various provinces gathered on the same journey, bringing along songs, warm conversations, and moments of sharing. Work pressures were set aside, replaced by laughter and joy, and a strong sense of connection throughout the trip.

The program was thoughtfully designed to combine nature exploration with team bonding activities. The journey kicked off with a mountain hike to conquer Ta Cu Peak. Steep steps were no longer an obstacle as team spirit became the driving force, encouraging everyone to move forward together, reach the summit, and create memorable experiences.

The workshop atmosphere continued to heat up with a series of sports and team-building activities. With the message “Good health is the foundation of work efficiency”,  the Board of Directors aimed to encourage a spirit of physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle among all employees

Strength-based games and competitions featuring strategy and creativity—yet full of fun—brought an energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Through flexible coordination and strong mutual support, the teams not only overcame challenges but also pushed beyond their own limits, thereby reinforcing the value of unity and teamwork.

The journey concluded with a warm and memorable Gala Dinner, featuring a wrap-up and award ceremony. The Board of Directors expressed sincere appreciation to all employees for their active participation and contributions. It was also a meaningful opportunity for team members from different regions to connect, strengthen solidarity, and recharge with positive energy for the journey ahead.
