In an ongoing effort to improve the working environment and minimize risks for employees, VGSI took a significant step by inviting two labor safety experts of GS Group from Korea. The experts conducted an inspection of working conditions for employees and the status of machinery and equipment at VGSI Al-form Factory on December 19, 2023.

The experts identified some shortcomings in equipment safety and internal traffic within the factory. In addition, they organized comprehensive training sessions for the factory’s employees. These programs include methods, techniques and risk monitoring specific to the manufacturing industry. Equipping employees with knowledge and skills will contribute to effective identification, assessment and management of risks.

The visit of the experts not only brought significant benefits but also achieved great success. This is truly a crucial step in improving the working environment and ensuring the compliance with local labor laws.
